Responsibilities
Prepare breads and pastries daily following approved recipes and standards
Accurately measure and scale ingredients to ensure consistency in production
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with food safety standards
Monitor baking processes and report any issues with ingredients or equipment
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in baking (bread and pastries)
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, and recipe scaling
Certification in Culinary Arts or Baking is an advantage
High level of discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail
