Job Details

• Prepare, mix, and bake various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of baked products by following established recipes and techniques. Adjust recipes as needed to account for ingredient variations.
• Decorate cakes, cookies, and other baked goods with icings, glazes, and other toppings.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhere to food safety regulations, and properly store ingredients and finished products.
• Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
