Baker at Invent Alliance Limited

Our bakery unit  (Ovenfresh bakery) is well known to bake one of the best bread in Lagos and are currently in need of  bakers with 6months - 1 year baking experience.The Baker will be responsible for the following job duties

• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
• Direct and supervise the production staff’s activities to make sure that products are up to standards.
• Decorate baked products to achieve a finished appearance.
• Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
• Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.

Skills/requirement & Qualication

• Applicant must have a degree in any field.
• Must reside in Lagos preferrably Lekki-Ajah axis
• Must have a good communication skill
• Must have a baking experience (knowledge in bread baking).
• Detail-oriented 
• Flexibilty to work around
• Customer demand
• Ability to work with team members to solve problems.
• Good planning skills 
• Ability to left heavy items for an extended time.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
