Job Description
- Preparing and measuring ingredients, such as flour, yeast, sugar, and butter.
- Mixing and kneading dough to the correct consistency.
- Shaping and molding dough into various forms, such as loaves, rolls, and pastries.
- Baking products in ovens and other baking equipment.
- Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure that products are cooked to the correct specifications.
- Decorating and finishing baked products with icing, glaze, or toppings.
- Cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and work areas.
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and production.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
- Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage.
