    Baker/Cake Decorator

    • Able to create and develop, design, and implement new ideas and desserts in line with changing trends to engage the interest of customers.
    • Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products and ensure subordinates follow Culinary standards and responsibilities.
    • Bake cake and decorate with  buttercream, fondant,whipped etc
    • Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to the supervisor immediately.
    • Assist in determining how cakes should be served and create decorative cake displays
