Baker/Cake Decorator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , NCE , OND , Secondary School (SSCE)
- Experience 5 - 10 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant
- Able to create and develop, design, and implement new ideas and desserts in line with changing trends to engage the interest of customers.
- Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products and ensure subordinates follow Culinary standards and responsibilities.
- Bake cake and decorate with buttercream, fondant,whipped etc
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in determining how cakes should be served and create decorative cake displays
