Baker (Application support) at Willers Solutions

Our client, a reputable firm is looking for suitable and qualified candidates to fill the role of a BAKER (BAKING INDUSTRY).

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a team, to ensure all products are well certified by customers.
• Conducting application training session on all products to key customers and potential customers, through the existing team members.
• Ensure new products are properly developed, certified and produced to the satisfaction of patrons within the agreed guidelines.
• Employee training and certification, maintaining log and sharing of briefs with key customers. 
• Key customer engagement and customer service to improve business & improve product recipes & ingredients. 

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate with a min of HND.
• Well exposed to the Baking industry.
• Min of 4 years experience in similar roles.
