Backend Developer (Node.js) at NimbleByte Global

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a Backend Developer (Node.js) for NimbleByte Global on a 3 months renewable contract.
• The successful candidate will work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods.
• The work mode is remote.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and product managers, to create robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Node.js Developer.

Job Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Some knowledge of C# .NET WebApi.
• Experience with cloud services with Azure and Google cloud.
• Very strong database experiences with MongoDB, CosmosDB, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
