    Back Office Supervisor

    Salary: N500,000 Gross and other benefits

    Requirement: BSC/HND(Second Lower Credit & Upper Credit minimum) and 33years Maximum.

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job requirements:

    • Deploy digital strategies to supervise the smooth running of back-office operations towards achieving defined digital KPIs?
    • PC - Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Advanced User
    • Digital: CRM administration, Sales Force Automation, E-Commerce, UX/UI, Database management, Power-BI, Tableau, Tech Savviness, Graphic design
    • Trade: Customer Insights Understanding, Customer engagement, Customer service & support, Inventory Management, Logistic operations, Promotions, Reconciliations, Brand & Marketing understanding  
    • Business Environment: Code of Conduct Knowledge, Marketing Code Knowledge, Information Systems, GDPR & Data Privacy, Procurement procedures, Vendor/External relations
    • Processes & Systems: Salesforce, Jira/Q-branch, SFA, Google analytics, SAP
