• Collaborate on Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement the architecture of backend systems that power our banking solutions.
• Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data protection and privacy.
• Optimization: Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of backend systems to provide an exceptional user experience.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain the stability of our systems.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs and backend systems to facilitate seamless integration for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in the fintech and banking domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with a focus on developing APIs, particularly in the areas of digital wallets, virtual accounts, or banking is a must.
• Strong proficiency in Backend programming languages.
• Experience with API design, development, and documentation.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling.
• Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
