    B2C Growth Lead

    Job Summary

    The B2C growth Lead will spearhead our efforts in expanding our customer base and driving user acquisition for our B2C transportation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and retain customers, with a focus on increasing market share, revenue, and brand awareness.

    Job Details

    • Develop and implement comprehensive B2C growth strategies and initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across all channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, promotions, and user referral programs.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities that effectively target and engage our B2C audience segments.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to continuously improve our B2C offerings, enhance product features, and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and preferences.
    • Utilize data-driven approaches and analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and iterate on strategies to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with external stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to amplify brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive customer acquisition.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2C marketing and growth hacking, and proactively apply insights to optimize our growth strategies and tactics.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Proven experience in B2C marketing, growth hacking, or user acquisition roles, preferably in the technology, e-commerce, or transportation industry.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and analytical mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable growth strategies and tactics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Passion for innovation, creativity, and experimentation, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to achieve ambitious growth targets.
