Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our team. As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in financial statement preparation, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with senior auditors to analyze financial data, identify risks, and provide valuable insights to our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Draft financial statements and reports
2. Conduct financial audits and verify organizational financial information
3. Assist in budget preparation and analysis.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure audit procedures are executed efficiently and accurately.
5. Communicate audit findings to management and suggest improvements for internal controls.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Professional qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) preferred
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
4. Prior experience in auditing or accounting role preferred
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
