Our client is a real estate and design company.

Key Responsibilities

• To lead business activities including contract estimates and execution, general contractor relations, sales and marketing, and manage office and operational staff.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations
• Preparation of quotations
• Overseeing sales and marketing of pre-built, ongoing and finished properties.
• Project estimations and drawings
• Prepare Company workflow, conduct site meetings, attend client meetings, project planning
• Will provide daily and weekly reports to the management and executive team.
• Executes sales and marketing strategies, projects estimates and quotations, and coordinate with subcontractors and foremen to execute project deliverable and ensure all compliance issues are met.

Requirements
Minimum of 7 years experience

• A Masters degree is desirable 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely flexible, proactive, energetic and creative.
• Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent managerial, leadership, communication and customer service skills.
