Associate Product Manager at Lendsqr

The Lendsqr Products team is looking for an Associate Product Manager. Your duties will include research and reporting on industry trends, customer feedback and behaviours and possible solutions to product issues.

You will work closely with the product lead and handle the research and tactical operations for the product development and optimization process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, industry and competition
• Research and report findings to the product management lead
• Analyzing customer research data and investigating product defects to provide holistic solutions and suggestions for product optimization
• Work closely with the product development team and other cross-functional teams on documenting requirements and launching features
• Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning them with business goals

Requirement

• A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, business management, marketing, or any other relevant field
• Good knowledge of fintech and technical products
