Associate at Baseline Attorneys

The ideal candidate for this position should have an interest in corporate practice and litigation. He/She should be able to draft court processes, conduct extensive legal research and have considerable knowledge of corporate law practice. 

Responsibilities

• Court appearance and conduct of legal proceedings
• Drafting of court processes and related documentation
• Review and drafting of contracts
• Assist in all other matters as may be required from time to time.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years PQE
• Relevant professional qualifications
• Must be resident on the Island or in close proximity to the Island
