    Job Description

    • To provide operational leadership for staff to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
    • Sales Strategy Development
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Sales target achievement
    • Sales Reporting and Analysis
    • Setting Sales Goals and Targets.

    • Hands-on approach to responsibilities
    • Negotiation Skill
    • Communication skills
    • Coordinating various employees with different levels of skills, competencies and capacity
    • Leadership, Managerial and delegation skills.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or other relevant fields
    • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
    • The candidate should be open to relocating to any location.
