Assistant Research Manager at Empowerment for Local Peoples Foundation

As an Assistant Research Manager, you will assist the Research Manager in conducting an experimental research that includes conducting baseline and endline surveys. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the data collection process and conducting preliminary data analysis.

• Communicating with upper management to ensure alignment on the goals and objectives of the research programs.

• Compiling and submitting research reports to the project team and presenting findings to stakeholders and board members.

• Performing any additional tasks assigned by the program manager.

• Keeping accurate records of  research reports and related meeting minutes, while ensuring confidentiality of subjects as necessary.

• Participating in field work as needed.
