The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery ofoffice fit-out and construction projects, ensuring works are executed within scope, budget, and timelines.
The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and meticulous attention to documentation and reporting, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end project activities.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, landlords, and client representatives to ensure seamless delivery.
Track project schedules, milestones, and outstanding deliverables, escalating risks where necessary.
Support review and approval of drawings, design variations, and contractual documentation.
Prepare professional project correspondence, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Monitor contractor compliance with quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Facilitate site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Manager in all aspects of project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
