• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all project objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing changes as needed.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
• Manage and resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira
