JOB SUMMARY

• To oversee and supervise all locations with managed region, ensure customer satisfaction, proper training and counselling of Patrol coordinators, contract managers, beat supervisors, guards and also ensure discipline is maintained.

 Operational Duties

• Ensure proper preparation and approves post order/work instructions
• Conduct Security and risk surveys, analyze survey reports and recommend as appropriate to client
• Ensures smooth running of the day-to-day operational activities within its region
• Ensure adequate manpower is maintained
• Ensure availability of resources required for successful operations. 
• Ensure discipline in his region is enforced
• Ensures co-operation /rapport exist between the Patrol Supervisors, Guards and Clients.
• Ensure proper motivation of the Patrol Supervisors for improved performance
• Maintain a robust data base for all Guards in the contract
• Prepare verify and confirm Nominal roll for approval
• Ensure 95% percent client retention is maintained.

SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree & HND
• Minimum of 8 years post NYSC with industry experience.
• Relevant Professional Certification and military knowledge will be added advantage.
