The candidate must possess five (5) Ordinary Level results (WAEC, SSCE, NECO, etc) at credit levels, including English language and Mathematics, with at least a merit grade in University Diploma in Library and Information Science.
Candidates with Ordinary National Diploma (OND), with at least lower credit in Library and Information Science, with five (5) Ordinary Level results as in (a) above, who has two (2) years cognate work experience as an Assistant Library Officer, are also eligible to apply.
