Assistant HR Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of payroll.
- Updating of HR database; employee list, muster sheet, monthly dashboard report, sick leaves, maternity leave, casual and annual leaves.
- Gathering of attendance and lateness report.
- Handling HMO and Pension related issues for staffs.
- Handling of the documentation Process.
- Organizing orientation programmes for new intakes.
- Attending to staff health issues, application of first aid to staff in need.
- Assist in Preparation of monthly dashboards.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 4 years work experience.
Salary
N72,000 - N84,000 Monthly.
