    Assistant General Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the CEO to oversee all aspects of the company's operations, with a focus on business development and revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth in the real estate market, including identifying new direct as well as peripheral business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Utilize your background in the construction profession to provide expertise in project management and technical knowledge to support the company's operations.
    • Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence in performance.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
    • Drive the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and attract new clients.
    • Prepare and present reports to senior management, including the CEO, on key performance indicators, progress towards goals, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain the company's reputation and credibility.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and build strategic alliances.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent; Master's degree in Construction disciplines, Project Management Finance, Business or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction or real estate industry, with a track record of successful project management and revenue growth.
    • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in construction processes, building codes, and project management methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on team building, coaching, and mentoring to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.
