    Assistant Facility Officer

    Job Summary

    • To support the facility manager with daily site operations, for the fulfillment of customer service requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support daily site operations, ensuring all customer requirements (maintenance services) are effectively fulfilled as per service level agreements and organizational quality standards.
    • Support the implementation and compliance with organizational standard operating procedures.
    • Support the use and proactive maintenance of facility equipment and prompt reactive maintenance in the event of equipment failure.
    • Support the implementation of health and safety standards.
    • Support coordination of the facility management team including security, environmental and technical operatives on site.
    • Maintain good business and working relationship with all stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • A Degree in Estate Management or other related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong Interpersonal skills.
    • Good report writing skills.
    • Working knowledge of maintenance services.
