We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help us increase sales and brand awareness through effective marketing campaigns.
You will work alongside our Brand Manager, and your main responsibilities will include brainstorming ideas on how to improve sales and meet brand marketing objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Develop, present, and implement effective brand strategies
Assist in developing promotional strategies and campaigns for brand awareness
Monitor marketing trends, industry, and competition and find/present new marketing opportunities that would benefit our company
Work with our Brand Manager on improving sales and reaching marketing goals
Report on brand performance
Reporting on marketing campaign results
Keeping track of marketing trends and competitors’ products, and using the data obtained to create effective strategies for our company.
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience
FMCG experience (Compulsory)
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
The ideal candidate should be able to use their marketing and sales skills to boost products/services and engage customers/clients.
Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager
Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning
Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
