Reports To: Manager - Business Operations Programs and Planning

Mission

• Deliver exceptional administrative assistance, maintaining confidentiality, and exhibiting professionalism, while anticipating and meeting the needs of the CEO, Coordinator, and other stakeholders.
• Support with correspondence from external stakeholders to Internal 
• Responsible for Advance and claim for meetings
• Responsible for QBR meeting set up at roof top.

Description

• Process all requisitions for CEO’s office.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion QBR Meetings done well so far/ meeting set up for Excom bi weekly
• Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
• Handle confidential matters with discretion
• Respond to customer (Internal/external) queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate to the assigned manager / exec when necessary.

Requirements
Education:

• First degree Preferably social sciences
• Fluent in English.

Experience:

• 1 – 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others
• Experience working in a medium organization.
