    Assets Officer

    • Manage all yard operations and logistics support, ensure compliance to safety policies and report on weekly activities.
    • Supervise all DEL works within and outside the yard as assigned.
    • Coordinate effectively with various project sites / managers for necessary support.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of all materials/equipment and maintain accurate. inventory. Inventory reconciliation shall be done monthly.
    • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance activities on equipment and report on a weekly basis.
    • Ensure safe operation, maintenance, and inspection of Company-owned equipment in the yards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor work of employees and provide leadership accordingly
    • Ensure all material and equipment transactions within the yard are completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
    • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities, such as equipment leasing
    • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the General Services Coordinator to achieve revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and peers on-site and at various locations for efficient service delivery
    • Interface efficiently with the facility management and ensure a smooth working relationship.
    • Ensure security of all Company’s assets, and advise on solving any challenges accordingly as well as coordinate with all security team members to ensure adequate security of all Company’s properties.
