Job Summary

• The Executive Partner will support the Managing Director (MD) in driving high-value business development, investment opportunities, client relationships, deal origination, and revenue-generation activities.
• The role is commercially focused and not an operations position. It requires an individual with strong experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management who can work closely with senior management to execute strategic business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• The role is strictly performance-based, with earnings tied to monthly target achievement and transaction performance. It is fully remote, requiring no physical office presence, but demands consistent execution, collaboration, and delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Support the Managing Director in business development, deal origination, and strategic revenue-generation initiatives.
• Identify, develop, and execute high-value business opportunities.
• Mobilize funds and close structured transactions across approved financial instruments.
• Engage in transactions involving commercial paper, bonds, shares, equity, and related investment products where applicable.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospects and conversion opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to execute revenue-generation strategies.
• Provide regular performance updates and reports on targets and deal progress.
• Support the MD with strategic commercial initiatives and other business-development activities.
• Ensure professionalism, compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality in all transaction engagements.

Performance Target

• Monthly Sales Target: N500,000,000
• Performance is measured based on actual revenue/transactions successfully mobilized and completed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management is required.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, investment banking, fundraising, or high-value deal origination.
• Must have a strong commercial, investment, business-development, or deal-origination background and must not be primarily operations-focused.
• Must be able to effectively support the Managing Director in strategic, commercial, business-development, and revenue-generation activities.
• Strong ability to generate, manage, and close large-scale transactions.
• Understanding of financial instruments such as bonds, equity, commercial paper, and related investment products.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-driven and highly performance-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Ability to meet aggressive monthly sales targets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Compensation Structure

• Maximum Monthly Earnings: Up to N500,000 net, including performance-based earnings and commission.
• Performance-Based Pay: N250,000 net, payable upon achieving 100% of the monthly target.

Commission Structure:
In addition to applicable monthly earnings:

• Commission Rate: 0.1% – 0.5% per transaction (up to NGN 2,500,000).

Commission is applicable based on:

• Nature of the transaction.
• Size and complexity of the deal.
• Value of funds mobilized or structured.
