Asset Management Officer at Rosettee Construction

Objectives -

We are seeking an Asset Management officer to support our finance team and provide management service, someone who can work efficiently and effectively to move organization goal towards achievement.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation of company policy and procedure to ensure objectivity and integrity.
• Excellence knowledge of data entry with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitoring to safeguard company’s asset by following strictly laid down policy.
• Ensure that Asset records and report are up-to-date.
• Generating weekly and monthly report with prompt deliverable.
• Working in an office and making occasional site visit.
• All other activities relating to finance function.

HARD AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to make use of MS office in an effective manner. I.e. Ms-Excel
• Strong analytical, communication and good presentation skill.
• Ethical behavior.
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Be familiar with ERP/Accounting Software
• Must have 2-3-year experience as an Inventory officer.
