Asset & Maintenance Manager at Yardoak

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure minimal downtime and operational disruptions by maintaining high machinery efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company assets, including machinery, tools, furniture, and technology.
• Track asset locations, conditions, and usage to ensure optimal deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with departments to allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee the acquisition of new assets in collaboration with the procurement team.
• Manage the disposal or resale of obsolete or damaged assets in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational regulations regarding asset management.
• Conduct regular asset audits and reconcile inventory records.
• Provide periodic reports on asset values, depreciation, and overall performance.
• Develop strategies for effective asset lifecycle management to support company growth.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
