    • Integrity Management Systems: Develop, implement, and manage a robust Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) for the company’s rental fleet (e.g., specialized NDT units, welding equipment, power generation sets).
    • Maintenance Strategy: Design, review, and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
    • Inspection & NDT Interface: Coordinate internal and third-party inspection programs. Use integrity data (corrosion monitoring, crack growth, wear patterns) to determine optimal inspection intervals and maintenance scopes, often involving our specialized NDT equipment.

    • Reporting & KPIs: Provide input to the annual maintenance and integrity strategy. Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on asset health, reliability, and performance trends.
    • Technical Support: Serve as the technical authority on materials, fabrication, maintenance procedures, and Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments for the asset base.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
    • 5+ years experience in asset integrity, reliability, or maintenance engineering within oil & gas or industrial sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of API/ASME standards, inspection techniques, corrosion mechanisms, and maintenance strategies.
    • Experience with NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) and third-party inspection management.
    • Proficiency in maintenance planning, RCA, FMEA, and reliability tools.
    • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
    • Certification in API 580, API 653, or CMRT is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
