ASP Mentor and Certifier at Ericsson

About this opportunity !

• We are looking for an ASP Mentor& Certifier Role who has a leading, training, mentoring, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
• The job role is used for Fiber, Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.
• Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the Project EHS requirements.

What you will do

• Organize and coordinate rollouts.
• Handle work orders and compensation.
• Plan and follow up of quality assurances.
• Manage and Support Service Delivery.
• Drive Performance and Competence Management.
• Leading establishments of new projects with project teams.
• Conduct all milestones in Mentoring Programs:
• Prepare project MoPs and training materials.
• Pre and post assessment.
• Theoretical& Practical Training and FNIs.

You will bring

• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or 3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
• Min years of experience: 5-10 years.
• Domain experience: Area of expertise – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
• You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindset ,coping with pressures and setbacks.
• Delivering results and meet customer expectations.
• Planning and organizational skills for large projects.
• Local industry and standards knowledge.
• Excellent Follow-up and Reporting skills.
• Excellent capabilities to prepare and maintain of project related MoPs.
• EHS Knowledge & Skills.
