Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Artisan (Carpenter & Welder) at Ayhomes in Lekki.
- The Artisan will be responsible for carpentry and welding tasks related to property development and maintenance, ensuring the quality and safety of structures.
- Day-to-day tasks may include carpentry work, welding repairs, and collaborating with the construction team to meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in carpentry and welding skills
- Experience in property development or construction industry
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in carpentry and welding
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Certification or training in carpentry, welding, or related fields is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
