Develop machine learning algorithms to support data-driven decision-making in real estate
Build and deploy AI models for property valuation, market trends, and customer segmentation.
Design predictive models for property value forecasting and market trends.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure and deployment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
