Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative design solutions aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
• Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high creative standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive visual strategies across all platforms.
• Generate and present original ideas and creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all visual communication is consistent with the brand’s identity and adheres to established guidelines.
• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior designers and creatives.
• Direct and manage photoshoots, video productions, and other design efforts for key marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Must have a minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, advertising, or related creative fields.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Lead.
• Must present a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, print and digital media, and video content.

Desired Skills:

• Must have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Must demonstrate creativity and innovation with the ability to develop original ideas and translate concepts into impactful visual designs.
• Must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively, as well as excellent communication skills for both internal teams and client interactions.
• Must have a keen attention to detail, maintaining high standards for design quality and focusing on the small details that make a big impact.
• Must be adept at time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions and troubleshoot design challenges.
• Must be familiar with branding principles, advertising practices, and current design trends.
• Must have a strong understanding of how design functions across various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
• Must possess excellent presentation skills to pitch ideas and explain creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Experience in art direction for photoshoots and video production is a plus.
