    Area Sales Manager

    Summary

    • As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to sales officers in a specific territory to achieve shared sales targets and goals

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and report on sales performance
    • Manage and coach the sales team
    • Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
    • Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
    • Proven sales experience: FMCG sales experience is preferred.
    • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Previous industry experience
