Architectural Engineer at Jeroid Ltd

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in architectural design planning, project management, and quality assurance to ensure the successful execution of projects. This role involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design Planning: Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop architectural plans that meet project requirements.
• Quality & Timeliness: Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Project Management: Manage one or more architectural projects, including oversight of site activities and mobility arrangements.
• Design Implementation: Review and evaluate designs, drawings, and plans before, during, and after execution to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other departments.
• Task Distribution: Allocate assignments to project teams and balance workloads to achieve objectives efficiently.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records such as meeting minutes, inspection reports, and project status updates.
• Issue Resolution: Address project concerns, challenges, and urgent issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Progress Reporting: Review project reports and provide regular updates on progress, pending issues, and deadlines to management and project leads.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building regulations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in design and project management tools/software.
