Our client; a reputable Home Technology Industry is looking to fill the role of an ARCHITECT

Job Location: Lekki/Ajah

Job Description

• preparing and presenting design proposals to client
• Producing detailed drawings
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
• Co-ordinating the work of contractors
• Making site visits to check on progress and dealing with problems that might come up during building
• Adhere to all industry standards in design

Skills

• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
• Be inventive and imaginative
• Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
• Care about people and the environment
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Revit software highly desirable

Qualification

• Min of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design or related field 
• Min of 3 years’ experience as an ARCHITECT
• MUST reside around LEKKI/ AJAH
