Architect

Our client, a reputable Home Technology Industry, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Job Description
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to client
- Producing detailed drawings
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Co-ordinating the work of contractors
- Making site visits to check on progress and dealing with problems that might come up during building
- Adhere to all industry standards in design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design or related field
- 2 - 3 years experience as an Architect.
- Must reside around Lekki.
Skills:
- Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
- Be inventive and imaginative
- Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
- Care about people and the environment
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Revit software highly desirable.
