Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Job Description

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to client
• Producing detailed drawings
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
• Co-ordinating the work of contractors
• Making site visits to check on progress and dealing with problems that might come up during building
• Adhere to all industry standards in design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design or related field
• 2 - 3 years experience as an Architect.
• Must reside around Lekki.

Skills:

• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
• Be inventive and imaginative
• Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
• Care about people and the environment
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Revit software highly desirable.
