We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team at Stretford Hill Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing high-quality interior finishes for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure that interior spaces are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and specifications for interior finishes, including flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, cabinetry, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Select appropriate materials, colors, and design elements to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of interior spaces.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any design-related issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable materials, and best practices in interior architecture.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 7+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
