About Our Client:

Role Summary:

As an Architect at our client's company, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of high-quality residential and commercial buildings. You will play a key role in translating client requirements and design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that meet industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives, and develop architectural design concepts and proposals that meet client needs and project specifications.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools, and present design proposals and presentations to clients for review and approval.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Oversee the construction process, including site visits, inspections, and quality control, and provide technical support and guidance to contractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to design intent and project requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and track project progress and milestones, and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Conduct research and analysis on architectural trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into architectural designs to minimize environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, and participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., RA, LEED AP) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in real estate development or architectural firm.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent design and visualization skills, with the ability to develop creative and innovative architectural concepts and solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is preferred.
