Requirements
First Degree from an Accredited University with 4-6 years working experience.
Proven Track Record of Creative & Innovative Design.
Proven experience with sales.
Experience with Space Planning.
Ability to Analyze and Interpret Specifications & Dimensions.
Excellent Computer-Aided Design and Visualization skills (AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS, Visoft, SketchUp).
Design /Construction Industry Savvy.
Creativity and Artistic Imagination.
Use of Office Gadgets & Applications.
Knowledge of Relevant Safety Codes & Standards.
Relationship Management.
Budget Management.
