Responsibilities

• Review architectural designs, plans, and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the project team, including, engineers, contractors, and clients, to establish quality objectives and metrics.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Identify and address quality-related issues in a timely manner, working closely with project stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and recommendations to ensure the successful completion ofprojects.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction, with a focus on QA/QC.

Skills:

• Experience in site supervision of construction works.
• PMP Certification (Prince 2).
• Ability to use MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architecture and construction.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in architectural design and construction (Auto Cad, Revit, etc.)
• Creative design ability
• Ability to travel to construction sites and project locations as needed.
