    Architect

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create 3D models, renders, and architectural animations.
    • Edit videos and walkthroughs using tools like Lumion, Twinmotion, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
    • Support design development and presentation materials.
    • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to tell compelling visual stories.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Architecture with 3+ years’ experience.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, or ArchiCAD.
    • Strong skills in rendering (Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, V-Ray).
    • Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
    • A strong eye for design and detail.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Real-time rendering (Unreal Engine, Unity)
    • Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator).
