Job Summary

• The Architect will be responsible for architectural designs such as working drawings, 3D, as built drawings, shop drawings, etc., for the company and supervision of implementation.

Job Description

• Design architectural drawings for the company
• Defend and supervise implementation of designs
• Take brief from client so as to generate a pictorial view
• Prepare coping designs for manufacturing by partners
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Managing client sites
• Ensuring that client’s requests are carried out to specification
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND / BSc Degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience as an Architect
• Ability to use design software to create furniture designs: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Revit, Google Sketch up, Vray, 3DMax, Lumion, etc
• Ability to animate will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain client’s expectation.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong mathematical literacy and data analytics.
