We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects from the initial concept through to completion, ensuring that designs are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction and completion.
Develop and present design concepts, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate design requirements.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.
Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance with design specifications and building codes.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and zoning regulations.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect with 5 years of experience.
Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices; LEED accreditation is a plus.
