Job Summary: 

• We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate must have animation and rendering skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and present architectural designs and concepts to clients. 
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects. 
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility. 
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to enhance design quality. 
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. 
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Professional licensing as an Architect is preferred. 
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management. 
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
