We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of architectural practices and the ability to envision and communicate complex designs to clients and stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and construction managers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution. Responsibilities
Design architectural plans and specifications for various projects.
Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess project dynamics.
Collaborate with clients to establish project goals, constraints, and design preferences.
Create and present detailed project proposals and design concepts.
Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulations.
Prepare and review architectural documents for accuracy and compliance.
Stay up to date with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Active architectural license or eligibility for licensure.
Proven 10 years’ experience as an Architect working on high rise architectural projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address design challenges.
