Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Architect with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a construction and architectural firm located in Ikoyi.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent rendering skills, a strong knowledge of design tools, and a passion for creating innovative designs that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs, concepts, and plans
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and ensure project objectives are met
• Utilize design software tools to create high-quality, detailed renderings and models
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in architectural design and construction projects
• Proficiency in rendering and design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be available for immediate resumption
• Role is fully onsite, candidates should reside within proximity to Ikoyi
