    Architect

    • Prepare architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings in line with project requirements and company standards.
    • Develop design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, budgetary, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated and coordinated designs.
    • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, building codes, statutory regulations, and planning approvals.
    • Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and project planning meetings.
    • Provide architectural support during construction, including site visits and clarification of design intent.
    • Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
    • Monitor construction works to ensure architectural quality, finishes, and workmanship meet approved standards.
    • Prepare and update design documentation as required, including revisions and as-built drawings.
    • Collaborate with project teams to resolve design-related issues and contribute to timely project delivery
