Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Victoria Island, Lagos. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of buildings. Key tasks include creating architectural designs, managing projects, ensuring the integration of various systems, and collaborating with software developers.

The Architect will also coordinate with other professionals to ensure successful project execution and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• ARCON & NIA certification is Compulsory
